  • Black pepper =  1 teaspoon
  • Ground cardamom = 1 teaspoon
  • Salt  to taste
  • Garam masala = 1 teaspoons
  • Long pepper = 2 pieces
  • Aniseed flower(Badiyan ka phool)= 2 pieces
  • Sharp leaf = 2 pieces
  • Chopped tomatoes         = 1 piece
  • Sliced almonds, toasted = 1/2 cup
  • Carrots, peeled and cut into matchsticks or meshed = 3
  • Sugar = 1/2 cup
  • Raisins (Kishmish) 1/2 cup
  • Fennel Seeds = 1 teaspoon

Recipe for making meat broth

Take a large bowl and wash the rice thoroughly. When giving rice, take out its water three to four times so that the rice is washed well. Then leave it in the water for half an hour.
Then wash the meat thoroughly and put it in a pressure cooker. Add seven cups of water, salt, ginger, garlic paste, onions half quantity, fennel Seeds ½ teaspoon, cinnamon, cardamom, cumin seeds and black pepper ½ teaspoon. After adding all these ingredients, mix it well. Then cover the pressure cooker and cook on high film for 20 minutes.
