Making of Chicken Tikka Boti

  • Salt to taste
  • Green Chile paste : half teaspoon
  • Cumin (Zeera) powder : 1 teaspoon
  • Black paper : half teaspoon
  • White Paper : 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder : half teaspoon
  • Kachri Powder or Papaya Powder : quarter teaspoon
  • Yogurt : 100 g
  • Cream : 100 g
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoon

It can also cook on the iron pan and on the stove or angeethi. It cooks in five to six minutes. Its taste in food is excellent. It tastes soft, barley, tender, juicy and delicious.

4 Kastoori Boti

  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic : 2 tablespoons
  • Green chili powder : 4
  • Black pepper powder : 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder : 1 tablespoons
  • Green coriander paste : 2 tablespoons
  • Dry coriander powder : 1 tablespoons
  • Grain flour (basin) : 4 tablespoons
  • Butter : 2 to 3 tablespoons
  • Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup

Making of Kastoori Boti

1 kg of boneless chicken meat is needed to make chicken kastoori boti. Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly with salt and vinegar. Then wash it with water and let the water dry.
