Hot and Sour Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Chili sauce to taste
  • Salt to taste

  • Grated cabbage: 1 small size

Chicken broth for Hot and Sour Soup

4. Add the soy sauce and the vinegar and cook for 1 minute.

6. After adding the soy sauce and the vinegar, takes a bowl and adds 4 tablespoons the corn floor and mix it well.
7. Add this mixture to the soup.
8. Keep mixing the soup well and cook for about half a minute.
9. Separate the egg whites. Paint or mix it well. Throw the egg white in the soup and mix it well.
10. It thickens and starts dropping, turn off the flame.
11. Soup is ready to eat and chopped green coriander on it.
